A Solar Powered Video Door Bell works exactly the same as the battery powered system. Except the sun will keep the battery charged meaning it will carry on operating as normal for longer.

During some winter months the Solar may not keep the battery topped up. In this case the battery will need to be charged separately.

A Hardwired Powered Video Door Bell is connected to the properties power. Therefore it will never need charging.

This is a professional installation and can take between 2 & 3 hours to install.
